Products featuring genuine manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery by raising a return request. A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for approval. Once approved, you must ship the product back to our office in Sikar, Rajasthan, within 3 working days. Please note that items bought on sale, customized products, altered items, or returns based on personal disliking or minor handwoven imperfections are not eligible.
